Terms and agreement policy
At all events, we will provide a sample print-out for approval prior to the photo booth being open to all guests.
It is the client's duty to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the product. Once the client signs off it are deemed to be accepted.
If there are any errors or a desire to change the design we will endeavor to meet any need required and as directed.
MDP Djs & Booths maintains the sole rights to all images and may use the images for promotional use. If there is a strong requirement to these images not be used in any way, it is the duty of the client to ensure that this is communicated prior to any planned promotions.
We will provide copies via a link to all parties at the event but will not keep the files indefinitely. It is the duty of the client to request the copies before the files expire. The expiration date is normally 3 months and MDP Djs & Booths hold the right to change this date at any time.
